Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and discover one of the most stunning natural treasures of Valencia province, the Turia River Canyon, located just 60 km away, along with one of its most picturesque villages, Chulilla

The village of Chulilla serves as a gateway to the Turia River Canyon, where breathtaking trails await exploration. Marvel at the beauty of the canyon, cross the iconic Hanging Bridges, admire the stunning Charco Azul (a deep blue natural pool nestled between cliffs), and enjoy a unique landscape of rugged cliffs, lush riverbanks, and dramatic views at every turn. Along the way, discover the rich flora and fauna that thrive in this natural paradise.

Our adventure follows the Hanging Bridges Hike, a scenic 4 km trail that runs alongside the Turia River. It’s suitable for most people with minimal hiking experience. However, please note that the route includes over 100 steps, which may be challenging for those with knee problems, reduced mobility, or low physical fitness. The hanging bridges are 5 to 15 meters above the ground, not especially high, but may feel slightly uncomfortable for those with severe vertigo.

In addition to taking in the stunning beauty of the canyon and its most scenic spots, you'll also have free time to explore the charming village of Chulilla at your own pace.

Summer time
During the summer, we offer two itinerary options depending on the day:

• Morning Tour
  Start early to beat the heat. We’ll begin with the hike while temperatures are still mild, and finish in a beautiful river area, a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and cool off with a refreshing swim surrounded by nature.

-Afternoon Tour
Prefer a slower start? Enjoy a relaxed first part of the afternoon in the riverside area, where you can rest in the shade or take a dip in the water. As the day cools, we’ll set off on the hike and take in the beauty of Chulilla bathed in the warm light of sunset.

Please note: During the summer schedule, free time in the village of Chulilla is more limited, but instead, you'll enjoy extra time to relax by the river and take a refreshing dip in one of the most scenic natural spots in the region.
