Begin your day with a convenient hotel pickup in downtown Chongqing. Travel in comfort to Wulong, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site, as your guide shares insights about the region’s mountain terrain and its significance in films like Transformers 4.

Upon arrival, take a scenic shuttle bus to the Three Natural Bridges. Marvel at the Tianlong, Qinglong, and Heilong Bridges, formed 300 million years ago by erosion and tectonic uplift. Visit film sites like the “Dinosaur Nest” from Transformers 4 and the “Tianfu Official Posthouse” from Curse of the Golden Flower. Capture stunning photos with the help of your guide.

Next, enjoy a lunch break at Fairy Mountain Food Street, where you can try local dishes like mutton rice noodles and Tujia-style smoked pork (at your own expense).

Continue to Longshuixia Fissure Gorge, a “gorge-type karst” formation. Descend via a scenic elevator to the canyon floor. Walk along a 2-kilometer trail, stopping to admire the “Galaxy Waterfall” and the “Sky Ray.” Learn about the geological formations from your guide.

Return to Chongqing and head to Hongya Cave, a multi-level stilted-house complex. From the Qiansimen Bridge viewing deck, admire the 11-story stilted houses, city skyline, and river view. Explore the Folk Culture Area, where you can see Sichuan opera mask-changing and Tujia brocade weaving. Enjoy free time to taste local snacks or shop for souvenirs.
