Overview

With the help of either master baker JoJo or one of her fantastically-trained staff, learn the art of making a chocolate truffle. We put the flavours in your hands and let you get as experimental as you like. You won't leave empty-handed, and whether its BYOB or tea after tea, we'll make sure you've got everything you need for our 2-hour class to 2.5 hour class!

Then aprons on and it's time to sit down with us and decide what flavours of chocolate you'll be using and what flavours to go with. Whether it's a bit of baileys, biscoff or mint, pick the flavour that you think makes your kind of truffle. Bring your own booze and favourite soft drinks welcome throughout the class and there's plenty of time to gobble up all your chocolates at the end (takeaway box provided for those with the greatest self-restraint).
