In the time at the farm sharing with the farmers you’ll be witness of all the process to transform cocoa into chocolate, picking, peeling, fermenting, drying, roasting, grinding, molding and tasting different varieties like hot chocolate, cocoa nibs and cocoa paste, also you can buy some to take home with you and the best is that it’s made by yourself.
