Chobe National Park in northern Botswana holds the largest concentration of elephants in Africa. The Chobe Day Tour combines a morning boat safari on the Chobe River with an afternoon game drive deep into the park — two completely different wildlife perspectives in one full day.
Your guide handles the full Kazungula border crossing into Botswana so you can focus on what is ahead. From Kasane, you board a river boat for the morning cruise. Hippos surface alongside the boat, crocodiles line the banks, and the elephant herds the Chobe is famous for come down to drink and bathe at the water's edge.
Lunch is served at a riverside lodge in Kasane (drinks are not included with lunch; soft drinks and bottled water are included with the activity; beer is not included). Then it is into the park for the afternoon game drive in an open 4x4. Experienced guides who know where to look — for lions, leopards, and the seasonal movements of the herds.
Maximum 20 guests per tour. Hotel pickup from Livingstone, Zambia, Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, and Kasane, Botswana. Duration: approx. 10 hours.
