Before cooking begins, learn to make coconut milk and curry paste from scratch, using traditional Thai tools like the mortar and pestle.

In a small group of no more than six participants, you’ll prepare four to five classic Thai dishes together — typically including a curry, a stir-fry, a soup or salad, and a dessert.
