Gagliole is a family winery in Panzano in Chianti, owned and run by the Baer family for three generations. No buses. No crowds. Just you, the vines, and the people who made every bottle you are about to taste.
What you will experience:
Your visit begins with a guided tour of our cantina — walking the same cellar floors where our wines have been crafted for decades. You will learn how Chianti Classico is made, what makes our terroir unique, and why every vintage tells a different story.
Then comes the tasting. Depending on the experience you choose:

Wine Tour Chianti Classico — curated tasting of our wines with local cheeses and salumi
Wine Tour Chianti Riserva — exclusive tasting paired with a light Tuscan lunch
