  • Free pick-up and drop-off only for customers located in the central city of Chiang Mai and the surrounding areas of the Old City Wall in Chiang Mai Province
  • Exact pickup time depends on participants’ respective locations. The driver will contact you the evening before your activity date to confirm the exact time.
  • If your hotel is outside the free pickup area, you will need to meet at the meeting point in Thapae Gate in Chiang Mai Old City. Your tour guide will be holding a "TripGuru" sign waiting for you.
  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 24 hrs before the activity date, TripGuru will provide a full refund of the price paid at booking. If you cancel less than 24 hrs before the activity date, or if you don’t show up on the Date, no refund.
