Our instructors will guide you to our organic farm while explaining Thai herbs and vegetables. Enjoy collecting eggs and some fresh ingredients. Follow the instructions of your professional English-speaking guide as you cook a variety of authentic Thai dishes such as Hot and Sour Soup or Coconut Soup, Thai Stir Fried with Rice Noodle, Green Curry or Red Curry, and Mango Sticky Rice. Enjoy the fruits of your labor by sharing a meal with your group. Exchange stories as you sample each others' cooking before you head back to your accommodation.
