Discover the unique flavors of the ancient Lanna kingdom at “Nai Suan,” located in the beautiful Mae Rim district of Chiang Mai. This workshop offers a profound cultural and culinary experience, starting with a tour of our organic herb garden where you'll learn about and hand-pick fresh ingredients. Our expert chef will then guide you through the secrets of preparing three rare, traditional Lanna dishes: “Lham Pla” (Fish cooked in Bamboo), “Aeb Hed” (Grilled Mushroom curry wrapped in banana leaves), and “Kua Phum sai Kai” (Stir-fried Water Meal with Chicken). Enjoy a hands-on cooking session in a friendly atmosphere, culminating in the unique experience of serving your creations on natural, eco-friendly leaf plates.
