What you can expect

Let's walk through the town together, talk about its theatre history and end the walk in the unique space of the Baroque theatre at Český Krumlov Castle.

We will start our walk in the city center, in front of the former Jesuit college, which boasted one of the oldest free-standing theater buildings in Europe. We will go to the church, which was the scene of many religious performances. Across the square, where theater was also occasionally performed, we will reach the fifth castle courtyard and visit the unique and authentic space of the Baroque castle theater.
