Day 1

• 9:00 am:* Departure from San José.
• 2:00 pm:* Check in at SINAC and CRC Chirripó offices.
• 4:00 pm: Check in at Hotel Urán and time to rest.
• 5:30 pm: Dinner at Hotel Urán.

Day 2

• 12:00 am (midnight):* Ascent to Crestones Base.
• 4:00 am: Technical stop at km 7 to rest.
• 8:00 - 9:00 am:* Arrival at Crestones Base Lodge.
• 12:30 pm:* Lunch.
• 1:30 pm:* Optional sunset hike to Cerro Ventisqueros.
• 6:30 pm:* Dinner.

Day 3

• 3:30 am: Excursion to Cerro Crestones, Cerro Terbi, Valle Los Conejos and Laguna Ditkevy.
• (Breakfast during the hike).
• 12:30 pm:* Lunch and free afternoon.

Day 4

• 2:00 am:* Start of the hike to Cerro Chirripó.
• 8:30 am:* Breakfast at the lodge.
• 9:30 am:* Descent to Hotel Urán.
• 3:00 pm:* Arrival and lunch at Hotel Urán.
• 5:00 pm:* Return to San José.
• 9:00 pm:* Arrival in San José.
