Know before you book

  • The tour is conducted on snowmobiles when snow conditions are optimal. If snow levels are insufficient, the tour will be carried out in 4x4 UTV Defenders driven by the guides.
  • This tour typically operates from July to September.
  • This tour does NOT include transfers. You must make your own way to the meeting point at the base of Cerro Catedral.
  • Please note that 4x4 UTVs are operated exclusively by our professional instructors. Passengers do not drive the UTVs.
  • Families with children between 3 and 5 years old may only participate in this experience by riding in a UTV for the entire duration of the tour. This is subject to availability, and children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Vehicles may only be operated by adults aged 18 and over, or 17-year-olds with a valid driver’s license. No exceptions will be made.

Explore the most breathtaking natural viewpoints in Bariloche on a guided mountain journey. This adventure takes you through snowy forests and past frozen streams in an exclusive, restricted area of Cerro Catedral, accessible only by powerful off-road vehicle.

Your adventure begins at the base of Cerro Catedral, where you meet your expert team. Depending on snow conditions, you will set off on a 6-kilometer journey aboard a snowmobile or a 4x4 UTV Defender. * Important Note on Vehicles: While snowmobiles allow for a more active experience, if snow levels are insufficient, the tour switches to a high-performance 4x4 UTV Defender driven by our professional instructors.

Along the way, you stop at spectacular natural lookouts to admire the panoramic views of Patagonia. Your guide ensures a safe and fun experience, allowing you to focus on the thrill of the ride. Don't forget your camera—there are plenty of designated photo stops to capture the beauty of this hidden corner of the mountains before returning to the base.
