Know before you book

  • You must bring your digital voucher and a difigal copy of an official ID with photo. You must redeem your voucher at the Ticket Box located at the dock.
  • Children and teenagers must be in companion of an adult all the trip. Minimum age is 8 years old.
  • Wear light clothes, swimsuit, hat or cap and sunglasses, as well as wear chemical-free sunscreen
  • Minimum age for consumption of alcoholic beverages: 18
  • In case of bad weather, the authorities, through the Port Office, would indicate if the navigation is safe.
  • Parking lot available at Sea Terminal Embarcadero Isla Mujeres at extra cost.
