Embark on an unforgettable journey with our “Cat Tien National Park: Tour of Ecological Trails, Night Safari & Crocodile Lake”. This tour offers a unique blend of natural beauty and cultural immersion:

Part 1: Ecological Trail After crossing the river, meet up with your guide at the Park Headquarters. Begin your trek to the 500-year-old Tung tree, then venture deep into the jungle to discover the secret beauty of many gigantic perennial plants. The trek also covers the wild gibbon area where many gibbons are frequently spotted in early mornings. Final checkpoints include the botanical garden and the Heaven’s Rapids (Thac Troi) on the way back to the HQ.

12:00 PM: Check in to Green Hope Lodge and enjoy a delicious lunch.

14:00 PM: Embark on a 2-3 hour trek with a local guide.

17:00 PM: Return to the lodge and rest.

Part 2: Night Safari Experience the jungle come alive at dusk. A large variety of mammals, amphibians, reptiles & insect species are most active during this time. Night spotlighting offers the best and convenient way to see the animals in their natural habitat.

18:30 PM: Head to the Park HQ and start the night animal spotlighting. 19:30 PM: Return to the lodge and enjoy a hearty Vietnamese dinner.

Part 3: Crocodile Lake Crocodile Lake is a UNESCO-recognized world biosphere preserve. It is home to two endangered reptile species including the Siamese Crocodile and the Andaman Water Monitor. If you are lucky, you can also encounter the wild gaurs – a highly endangered mammal species.

7:00 AM: Have breakfast at Green Hope Lodge.

8:00 AM: Meet the guide at HQ and go to Croc lake (9 km on jeep and 5 km hiking).

13:00 PM: Return to the lodge and have lunch.
