Day 1: Trekking to Navy Peak and Cycling at Viet Hai Village

11:30-13:00. After lunch at Cat Ba town, board a speed boat at Beo Pier. Pass by Cai Beo fishing village, one of the biggest and oldest floating villages in northern Vietnam. Continue cruising to the main part of Lan Ha Bay to reach Viet Hai Port.

13:00-14:00. Start cycling 6 km (or choose to move by electric car) passing rice fields and valleys to reach Viet Hai Village, an isolated village located in the middle of Cat Ba National Park with more than 300 local people. See people farming along the way and learn about local life.

14:00-16:00. Leave your belongings at a bungalow where you will stay at night, then hike to the end of the village. Follow the trail through the rainforest to trek up to Navy Peak, where you can see amazing views of the village and the beautiful landscape of Lan Ha Bay from above.

16:00-17:00. Return to the village and check in to your private bungalow next to a natural stream. Have dinner at the village and take a walk before going to bed.

Day 2: Cruising, Kayaking, and Swimming at Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long Bay

6:00-10:30. See the dawn and breathe in the fresh air, then have breakfast. Check out of your bungalow and cycle back to Viet Hai Port. Board a boat and cruise to the southern part of Ha Long Bay. Pass by hundreds of sandy beaches and Dau Be Island to experience a unique view with fewer tourists.

10:30-14:00Stop for kayaking through Bat Cave and Bright Cave and explore some hidden lagoons. Savor a delicious set menu lunch on the boat. Enjoy your time on the sundeck while cruising to different parts of Lan Ha Bay. See a lot of islets, including Pen Islet, Sailing Islet, Frog Islet, and Turtle Islet.

14:30-17:00. Pause at Three Peach Beach, where you can jump off the boat into the bay for swimming and snorkeling. Continue to visit a local fish farm. Enjoy the magnificent quiet bay with some drinks and snacks on the way back to Cat Ba town.
