Nestled between the rugged peaks and rolling alpine meadows of the Dolomites lies our home: the family-run Zu Plun distillery in Kastelruth. This is where this private master class takes place – an experience for those who want to do more than just enjoy gin; they want to understand it and create it themselves.

This exclusive, full-day master class is designed for connoisseurs, professionals, and ambitious enthusiasts. In a very small group – or as a private session upon request – you will work directly with our Master Distiller at the copper still. After a personal introduction, you will select your botanicals, refine your flavor profile, and oversee every step of the distillation of your own gin.

The focus is on time, precision, and interaction. You will gain in-depth insights into the ingredients, distillation techniques, and the philosophy behind our gins. A private, guided tasting of selected spirits from our award-winning range complements the hands-on work and sharpens your sensory understanding.

To cap it all off, you will distill a 500-ml bottle of your own personal gin, which will be sent to your home. You will also receive an official Masterclass certificate, signed by the Master Distiller, as a memento and recognition of your participation.

The Masterclass is a full-day event (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM).
A private lunch can be arranged if desired.
