Experience the excitement of rafting through the stunning Verdon Gorge, one of Europe’s most beautiful river canyons. Your adventure begins in Castellane, where you’ll meet your state-certified guide and receive a safety briefing and all necessary equipment. After gearing up, set out on a 22-kilometers journey down the Verdon River, paddling from Castellane to the “Point Sublime”.

Along the way, alternate between exhilarating rapids and peaceful sections, allowing you to soak up the breathtaking scenery of towering limestone cliffs and turquoise waters. Your guide will lead you through the whitewater, sharing fascinating insights about the region’s geology and wildlife, and ensuring everyone is both safe and entertained. Whether you’re a beginner or have some rafting experience, this route is designed for all adventure seekers aged 14 and up.

Enjoy the meal (local sandwich + dessert + drink) at the half of the course on a small beach.

The activity lasts around 4 hours on the water, with additional time for equipment fitting, safety instructions, lunch and a return transfer by bus. All you need to bring is a swimsuit, sneakers, towel and water bottle—the rest is provided. The experience concludes back in Castellane, leaving you free to explore the charming village or continue your adventure in the Verdon region.
