at about 8:30 am old-fashioned breakfast with choice of fruit and pastries or savory
at 9:30 am in the kitchen, we make handmade pasta, sauce and all lunch together with the meticulous Nicoletta owner of the farm and preserver of culinary traditions.

4 p.m. walk through the olive groves and countryside of an unexplored and contamination-free territory, relaxing
