Begin with a morning pickup from your hotel in Bocagrande, Laguito, or Castillo Grande in Cartagena. Guests staying outside these areas can meet at designated meeting points. Board an air-conditioned bus and enjoy the views on the way to Barú Island.

Enjoy a scenic bus tour of the area, passing through the Mamonal industrial zone before reaching the bridge that connects Cartagena to Barú Island. Admire the views of the charming towns of Ararca and Santana, and the fishing village of Barú before arriving at Playa Blanca.

Get off the bus and walk to the soft white sand of Playa Blanca, Barú Island's most iconic beach. You'll have free time to enjoy this stunning 2.4-kilometer stretch of beach. Swim, sunbathe, or book activities such as snorkeling, jet skiing, or banana boat rides.
