Begin your snorkeling adventure by boarding a boat at the port of Cargèse. Head to Capo Rosso, the westernmost cape of the area, on a 20-minute boat ride.

Anchor at “the pool,” a spectacular natural playground where fish gather in abundance. Expect to see sea urchins, groupers, sponges, obladas, and more.

Then, enjoy a scenic boat ride past a cave and a sea arch to admire the famous red rock coastline. At the second stop, gear up again with fins, mask, and snorkel to explore striking underwater relief, surrounded by huge schools of damselfish (castagnoles), peacock wrasse (girelles paons), and many other species.
