Pick-up is available from hotels within an 8 km radius of Cape Town city centre. Guests staying outside the pickup radius can meet the tour at our designated meeting point, VIDA E CAFFÈ Kloof Street.

Drive to Stellenbosch (Approx. 50 minutes )
Enjoy the scenic drive from Cape Town to Stellenbosch, passing through beautiful Cape Winelands countryside, vineyards and mountain scenery.

Stellenbosch Wine Estate | First Wine Tasting (Approx. 1 hour )
Begin your wine experience at a selected Stellenbosch wine estate. Enjoy a tasting of five selected wines while learning more about the estate and the wines produced in the region.

Franschhoek Wine Tram | Boarding ( Approx. 20–30 minutes )
Continue to the Franschhoek Wine Tram terminal. Your guide will provide your tickets, explain the route and help you understand the tram schedule before you board.

Rickety Bridge | Second Wine Tasting & Lunch ( Approx. 1.5–2 hours )
Hop off at Rickety Bridge Wine Estate for your second tasting. Enjoy selected wines, vineyard views and time for a relaxed lunch at the estate.

Grande Provence | Third Wine Tasting ( Approx. 1 hour )
Continue to Grande Provence Estate for your third tasting. Sample five selected wines while enjoying the historic estate, gardens and beautiful Franschhoek Valley surroundings.

Franschhoek Cellar | Fourth Wine Tasting ( Approx. 45 minutes–1 hour )
If time allows, continue to Franschhoek Cellar for the final tasting of the day. Enjoy selected wines in a relaxed setting before returning to the tram station.

Depart the Wine Tram Station ( Approx. 5–10 minutes )
Return to the Wine Tram station and rejoin your guide and vehicle. From here, continue towards the final sightseeing stop of the day.

Nelson Mandela Statue | Freedom Walk Photo Stop ( Approx. 15–20 minutes )
Stop at Groot Drakenstein Prison, where Nelson Mandela walked to freedom after 27 years of imprisonment. Take photos at the famous statue while your guide shares more about this important moment in South African history.

17:45–18:30 | Return to Cape Town
Relax on the drive back to Cape Town, with drop-off at your hotel or designated meeting point expected between 17:45 and 18:30.
