Embark on an exciting 4-hour canyoning trip down the Baes torrent, with a view of Lake Garda.

The route has an altitude difference of 215 metres and is characterised by a series of 15 very vertical abseils, which will allow you to test yourself with the rope and improve your skills.

What we will do

We will meet in Tignale, where our guide is waiting for us. To reach the Baes torrent we will drive for about 20 minutes, then complete the approach to the canyon on foot in about 10 minutes.

Before we start we will have a briefing to explain the safety and progression rules in the creek and complete the dressing with wetsuit, helmet and harness.

The activity ahead of us is a Level II canyoning, characterised by a strong verticality and an altitude difference of 215 metres. We will face 15 abseils in a very impressive natural environment.

The peculiarity of the Baes torrent is the absence of jumps and slides, counterbalanced by an incredible number of rappels, which alternate one after the other up to the most spectacular one 45 metres high. The panorama is truly breathtaking, because the torrent flows directly into Lake Garda and in the last stretch we will be surrounded by a splendid landscape.

The activity is designed to familiarise us with the rope. We will, in fact, have to overcome the rope descents by managing them in total autonomy. We will, however, have a guide at our disposal to help us and abseil us should we not be able to do it on our own.

Who it is aimed at

The activity is recommended for people with a minimum of canyoning or climbing experience, able to manage abseiling independently and able to swim.

The minimum age for participation is 12 years, minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Other information

Canyoning on the Baes stream takes place from April to September and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.

It is recommended not to take any valuables with you, as there are no changing rooms or safes available at the meeting point.
