What you can expect

With the right safety equipment and experienced monitors, it certainly won't be a problem to across the many obstacles that you will find along the Frades River, one of the best tracks in the North of Portugal.

You will descend beautiful waterfalls using ropes and jumps into the water, being able to swim in one of the most crystal clear waters of your life.

We use wetsuits and helmets that will help you stay comfortable and safe throughout the entire experience. Hold on tight to the ropes as the adrenaline and fun will be guaranteed!
