Meet us at a local supermarket located at the heart of Downtown Cancun, easy access by public transportation Route 2 bus from the Hotel Zone. Once there, together we will buy our fresh ingredients.

Cook the salsas in the four traditional ways: raw, fried, boiled, and roasted. All different in personality, flavor, chile, and spicy level. Be surprised by how easy it is to cook a variety of mexican salsas. At the same time, prepare some quesadillas to eat with your salsas. Unlimited Jamaica water and tortilla chips are included.
