    The tasting is accompanied by a Sicilian light lunch, with dishes designed to enhance every nuance of the wines being tasted. The tour continues through the winery and vineyards, where you will discover the winemaking process, from historic concrete tanks to modern technologies that respect the quality and identity of the terroir.
