Meet your instructor at Playa Negra, one of the main beaches in Cahuita. Start the lesson with some safety tips, stretching out, and learning the best technique to pop up on your board. Then, it’s time to get into the water.

Surf for an hour to learn the basics, followed by a short break to enjoy a complimentary fresh fruit snack and chat with your instructor about ways to improve. After the break, jump back into the water to continue the lesson and fine-tune your new skills.

Choose from classes at 8:30 AM or 3:30 PM. Local transportation can be arranged.
