Overview

Set sail from the Port of Cagliari aboard Merope, a comfortable 14-meter Bavaria 46 Cruiser, and discover southern Sardinia from the sea. Cruise across the Gulf of Angels, enjoying open views and the fresh Mediterranean breeze.

The route follows some of Cagliari’s most scenic coastline, passing Cala Bernat, Cala Mosca, and Cala Fighera before reaching the iconic Sella del Diavolo. Here we stop for the first swim and snorkeling break in clear waters, while a welcome aperitif with local products and Sardinian wine is served on board.

The tour continues to Cala Regina, a quiet bay ideal for a second swim, and then to Mari Pintau, famous for its vivid colors. This will be the longest stop of the day, with time to snorkel above the submerged anchor.

While anchored, enjoy a freshly prepared Sardinian lunch on board, followed by traditional sweets and coffee. In the afternoon, we sail back toward Cagliari, relaxing on deck and enjoying the final moments at sea.

Activity itinerary

Cala Bernat (Pass by)

After departing from the beautiful Port of Cagliari, we will begin cruising along the stunning Gulf of Angels. Along the way, you’ll admire from the sea one of the most iconic coves in the area, Cala Bernat, a charming inlet framed by rocky cliffs and crystal-clear waters. This will be the perfect moment to take memorable photos and enjoy the scenery before continuing the tour toward the next highlights of the experience.

Calamosca (Pass by)

Leaving Cala Bernat behind, we continue along the coast toward Cala Mosca. Here the water becomes lighter in color and the scenery starts to change, with a small bay surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. As we pass by, you’ll enjoy a calm cruise along the shoreline, a great moment to relax and take some photos.

Cala Fighera (Pass by)

Continuing past Cala Mosca, the scenery changes as we reach Cala Fighera, one of the most authentic and wild areas along the Cagliari coastline. High rocky cliffs define this stretch of coast, offering a striking view from the sea. While passing by, you’ll also spot the Grotta dei Colombi, clearly visible from the boat, before continuing toward the next stops of the tour.

Sella del Diavolo

Once we reach the Sella del Diavolo, we’ll stop for the first swim of the tour in one of the most iconic spots along the Cagliari coast. Here you’ll have time to swim in clear waters and enjoy some snorkeling, exploring the seabed below. During the stop, a welcome aperitif will be served, allowing you to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings before continuing the experience.

Cala Regina

After the first stop, we’ll continue cruising through the Gulf of Angels, heading toward open waters. We’ll then reach Cala Regina, where we’ll stop for a second swim. Here you’ll have more time to enjoy snorkeling and relax in clear waters, surrounded by a quiet and scenic stretch of coastline.

We’ll reach Mari Pintau, one of the most well-known beaches in the area, famous for its crystal-clear waters. Here we’ll stop for a longer break, with time to relax and enjoy snorkeling near a submerged anchor, perfect for exploring the seabed at an easy pace. During the stop, a traditional Sardinian lunch will be served, made with local products, followed by coffee and typical Sardinian sweets. After lunch, we’ll start cruising back toward Cagliari, enjoying the final moments at sea before the end of the tour.
