From the very first meeting, it will be clear that this will be an adventure. After an introductory lesson and a short test, we will begin our journey with an introduction to the Sella del Diavolo (Devil's Saddle) and its legends and history, starting from prehistory, moving on to the Phoenicians and then the Romans, progressing to the Middle Ages, and finally discussing the Pisans before reaching World War II. We will also discuss the available and safe walking trails. In our kayaks, we will pass by the limestone and karst rocks and observe the karst cavities. All topped off with a beach break and some snorkeling.
