Join us in exciting outdoor excursions in the heart of the
fascinating woods of Lazio, guided by our experts trifolau (truffle hunters) and their 4-legged friends.
You will learn the traditional techniques of truffle hunting, discover the different varieties and learn to recognize the secrets of the prized truffle.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in the truffle harvest and enjoy them fresh in an unforgettable culinary experience.
We will meet at 9:30 in front of the train station of Cesano.
Upon arrival, we will reach by car the places where we can collect truffles and once we reach the woods I will introduce my faithful friends of adventures, Lora and Cloe two beautiful truffle dogs that will accompany us all the time.
We will walk for about two hours to find these diamonds of the earth, I will tell you everything about the world of truffles and I will reveal all my secrets.
After the walk we will also discover the pleasure of the table: I will offer you lunch, obviously based on truffles at a charming farm, and there will be further surprises.
Finally I will accompany you to the station from where we left with the certainty of having made you live an unforgettable experience away from the chaos of the city.
