●Taekwondo Experience Program● 1. Stretching Light full-body stretching to prevent injuries and relax the muscles. 2. Warm-up Exercise Simple running and basic movements to boost energy and prepare the body. 3. Basic Kicks Learn Taekwondo’s fundamental kicks such as front kick and side kick. 4. Basic Hand Techniques Practice basic blocks and punches to build Taekwondo foundations. 5. Partner Training (Two-Person Exercise) Work in pairs to develop teamwork, coordination, and physical strength. 6. Board Breaking The highlight of the experience—break a wooden board to feel achievement and confidence. 7. Certificate Ceremony Participants receive a certificate upon successful completion of the program. 8. Photo Time Take memorable group and individual photos wearing Taekwondo uniforms.
