We welcome you to the dairy and livestock farm in Andria, with a brief introduction to the experience.

Visit to the livestock farm
Discover the connection between livestock farming, milk, and cheese, and visit the animal area: the first step in the supply chain, where the raw materials come from.

Meeting with the cheesemaker
At the heart of the experience you will observe how mozzarella, nodini, fresh cheeses and the famous Burrata di Andria are created, between the phases of milk processing and the ancient gestures of stretched curd.

Get your hands dirty
With the help of the cheesemaker, you dip your hands in hot water, work the stretched curd and try to shape mozzarella and nodini.

11:00 · Tasting and greetings
You taste the company's dairy products right where they are produced, then the experience ends.

Important information – How to reach the dairy farm

The dairy farm is located in the countryside and cannot be reached on foot. A car or private transfer is required.

The exact address and meeting point will be shared after booking confirmation.

A taxi transfer can be arranged from Trani or Andria upon request, at an additional cost.
