The menu offers a journey through Argentina with matured grass-fed meats, homemade sausages, and different step-by-step menu options, each designed to highlight the country's diversity. Each stage of the journey is accompanied by selected wine pairings from north to south, celebrating the richness of our wine regions.

Throughout the experience, you'll be able to closely observe the cooking techniques and the preparation of each dish, and you'll enjoy an atmosphere where fire is the absolute star. The menu was created by Executive Chef Juan Carlino, renowned for his innovative approach and deep respect for Argentina's culinary heritage.
