What you can expect
Join a true Belgian chocolate workshop led by certified artisan chocolate makers. We are officially recognized by the Belgian government as a certified artisan, and we are proud to share our passion for authentic Belgian chocolate with visitors from around the world.
During the workshop, you will create your own chocolates from start to finish. You will make mendiants, truffles, and a personalized chocolate bar, which you will package and take home at the end of the experience.
Along the way, our chocolate makers will guide you through the fascinating world of cacao. You will learn how chocolate is made from the cacao plantations to our workshop in Brussels. You will also have the opportunity to taste a raw cacao bean (very bitter!) and cacao liquor, the pure cacao mass used to make chocolate.
The experience takes place in our brand-new 150 m² training centre, a fully equipped workshop where we can welcome up to 60 participants. The room is fully air-conditioned, so it may feel slightly cool during the activity. Please dress accordingly. Hairnets are required in the workshop. Water dispensers and an accessible restroom are available.
Due to high demand, workshops currently run three times per day at 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 5:00 PM.
Our team consists of genuine artisan chocolate makers, certified by the Belgian Federal Government. Unlike many workshops, we do not use industrial chocolate. You will work exclusively with premium chocolate made from carefully selected cacao.
We are proud to guarantee a 100% traceable cacao supply chain. The cacao used during the workshop is sourced responsibly, without deforestation or child labor, and ensures fair income for farmers.
We are also a proud partner of Les Clefs d’Or, the prestigious international association of hotel concierges, a mark of excellence recognized by visitors and hospitality professionals.
During your visit, you can also discover our bean-to-bar chocolate production, where our chocolate makers transform cacao beans into fine chocolate.
We are proud to be the only certified artisan chocolate maker in the city of Brussels offering this type of hands-on workshop.
The activity is conducted in English only, although our chocolate makers also speak French and Italian.
Come and experience real Belgian chocolate craftsmanship.
