Escape the crowds and discover one of the hidden gems of the Postăvarul Massif on a professionally guided mountain adventure.
Your journey begins with a comfortable hotel pick-up. We'll drive you to the trailhead at the spring near the old stone quarry, where our hike starts.
The first highlight is the fascinating Milk Cave (Peștera de Lapte), a little-known cave rarely visited by tourists. Equipped with headlamps, we'll explore the accessible entrance passages and admire the cave's unique rock formations and mysterious atmosphere. No crawling or technical caving experience is required—just a sense of adventure.
From the cave, we continue through beautiful mountain forests to Cabana Postăvarul, one of the most beloved mountain huts in the Romanian Carpathians. Here you'll have time to relax on the terrace, enjoy spectacular mountain views, breathe the fresh alpine air, and warm up with a cup of traditional tea.
After a well-deserved break, we hike back along scenic forest trails to the starting point, where our vehicle will be waiting to take you comfortably back to your hotel.
