Join a French expat in Braga for a cooking class in my home. Learn how to make Italian dishes, and enjoy the fruits of your labor with some wine. During this course, I will share with you the recipe to make your own dough from which to make tagliatelle and raviolis. You will cook a tasty tomatoes sauce from scratch to serve with tagliatelle and you will stuff raviolis with spinach ricotta stuffing served with a sage butter.
Choose between a group cooking class or a private cooking class. In the group class, cook in a small group (4-5 people maximum) and eat what you prepared together.
In the private class, Learn to cook at your own pace, and recipes can be adapted to suit your personal tastes, at my place or in the comfort of your own home.
Classes are suitable for both beginners and those who already enjoy cooking!
