Two Tuscan pecorino cheeses, one aged and one semi-aged, served with our vinegars, selected to enhance their structure and complexity.

Next, toasted bread bruschetta seasoned with our extra-virgin olive oils, offered in different variations, to enhance the authentic flavor of bread in its simplest expression.

The appetizer is completed by a wild boar salami, with a strong and typically Tuscan flavor.
