There are 2 options available on this sunrise package, one is viewing the sunrise from outside of the temple and one with seeing the sunrise directly inside of the temple, be sure you choose the right options according to your interest.

Be picked up from your hotel in Yogyakarta in the early morning and head to Setumbu Hill. Witness the breathtaking sunrise views overlooking Borobudur Temple. When the air is fresh and as the mist begins to lift the sun will surround the volcanoes and terraced fields. You will leave at dawn.

After the sunrise on Setumbu Hill, you will enter the Borobudur Temple and explore the UNESCO-listed Borobudur Temple, the single largest Buddhist structure on earth with a knowledgeable local guide. Be the first of the day to enter the gates as they open. This is one of the world's greatest ancient monuments.

Once you have finished exploring Borobudur Temple, ask your driver and do not miss the chance to stop for an optional visit to the nearby Mendut and Pawon Temples, which are positioned in a straight line with Borobudur for an unknown ritual process, before your friendly driver take you back to your hotel in Yogyakarta.
