This morning, we depart from Edinburgh to visit the captivating Forth Bridges Viewpoint. The iconic bridges, opened in 1890, 1964, and 2017, complement each other beautifully, offering a perfect spot for a break and a glimpse into three centuries of history.

Next, we journey north to Scotland’s first national park, Loch Lomond & The Trossachs, often called 'the birthplace of Scottish tourism.' Renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and diverse wildlife, the park features unique elements like standing stones, burial cairns, and lands once walked by Jacobites and Bonnie Prince Charlie. Keep an eye out for red deer and golden eagles as we cruise toward the shores of Loch Katrine.

Once at Loch Katrine, you’ll have ample time to eat and explore. We’ll take you to Trossachs Pier, where you can rent a bike from Katrine Wheelz and cycle along the scenic, nearly traffic-free banks. If cycling isn’t your style, relax on the Sir Walter Scott Steamship cruise, enjoying the views and captain’s commentary—perhaps with a drink from the onboard bar. Prefer to wander - You can take a leisurely stroll along the loch at your own pace.

After some fresh air and delicious food, we’ll head to Glenturret Distillery, Scotland’s oldest working distillery, established in 1763. Renowned visitors like Robert ‘Rabbie’ Burns and various dignitaries have graced its doors.Now it’s your turn to enjoy a tour and tasting of Glenturret’s exquisite offerings.

Afterward, we’ll return to Edinburgh, arriving in the early evening.
