CA' DEL BRADO is a craft brewery that was born from a very specific idea: the Cantina Brassicola, which means we're a brewery with a cellar and barrels where we refine beer. We take care of the creation, fermentation, and aging of musts through maturation in wooden vats with different characteristics. Our craft brewery is just a few kilometers from Bologna. It has a taproom that's open for drinking our beers and for purchases (beers, food, and merchandise). You'll find all the beers available and some vintage references to consume on site (changing from week to week). We also have a food menu that we regularly update with local products, including vegetarian options.

The brewery and cellar tour includes a guided tour of about an hour, with a tasting of three beers. After the visit, you can stop in the taproom (reserved table included in the visit booking) to enjoy the atmosphere of the place at the table and our offer of local beers and food.

How to get there? We're at Via Andrea Costa 146/2, Rastignano (BO). To get here by car from Bologna, follow the signs for Rastignano on the SP65. By bus: from Bologna, take bus 96 and get off at the Riolo stop. The winery isn't visible from the street: enter the “Nascetti Arredamenti” parking lot and continue into the parking lot. Follow the descent to the back of the building.
