Next, we head to Balicasag at 8:45 AM, an island that is every snorkeler’s dream. Here, the snorkeling experience is managed by the Panglao Municipal Government, which assigns traditional rowing boats and guides to take you to the best immersion points. However, Balicasag is one of the most sought-after tourist attractions in the area. This means that it can get quite crowded, which might lead to some congestion at the snorkeling spots. We ask you to manage your expectations: we can’t bypass local regulations or control the number of tourists, and the weather can also play a role.

What we can guarantee is a unique underwater experience: you’ll glide over vibrant coral gardens, surrounded by colorful fish, graceful sea turtles, and a whole underwater universe. By 9:15 AM, we’ll head to more exclusive snorkeling spots around the island, allowing you to keep exploring the ocean’s beauty.

Weather, tides, and the number of tourists can influence our plans, but every moment of this tour is designed to be spectacular. By 12:30 PM, we’ll return to Panglao, leaving you with a heart full of memories and a spirit refreshed by the magic of the ocean.
