Stop for lunch and shopping in historic Idaho Springs, a real old-western mining town, before returning back to Denver. We are lucky enough to share the summit with local bighorn sheep, mountain goats, marmots, and pika that call the summit home. The Views from one of the highest peaks in the Rocky Mountains is not to be missed. Photos can't do it justice but you will have fun trying anyway!
