  • Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate ‘pick-up requests from locations not listed’, as this may cause delays and inconvenience for other travelers.
  • No storage available – wheelchairs (collapsible or electric), walkers, and luggage cannot be accommodated.
  • The ferry ride from Sydney Olympic Park Wharf to Darling Harbour or Circular Quay takes approximately 40–45 minutes, and customers will need to make their own transport arrangements from either terminal to their accommodation.
  • Please check the weather forecast. Tours operate rain or shine except extreme warnings or road closures by government such as bush fires. Cancellations and date changes are permitted up to 24 hours before departure.
