To begin the experience, explore the Domaine des Perchés, its park, and its cellar. During the tour, discover our approach to the vine, our philosophy, and the choices that shape our wines.
Then, it's time for the senses. With the Sens Perchés workshop, discover three of our cuvées blind, served in black glasses that deprive you of any visual reference. Red, white… will you still be able to recognize them?
Without sight, perceptions change. Aromas, textures, and sensations take on another dimension. Guided by a member of our team, put aside your preconceptions, compare your impressions, and discover how much sight influences the way we taste.
The experience continues with our organic wines, produced according to a biodynamic philosophy, for a discovery that is both fun and sensory and deeply rooted in the world of the Domaine des Perchés.
