We can start at 5 am in the hotel, we drive to Esquipulas which is a far and small community located almost 40min driving from Quepos, when we finally arrive, we gonna start walking the public road looking for all kind of beautiful birds, the reason why we walk the public roads is because Esquipulas is a rural place and surrounded by nature, is the perfect spot for bird watching also depending of the experience that would you like to do we can go Esquipulas ecolodge, where they have an amazing reserve where we can find very easily species like the Red cap manaking and the Band-tailed Bardthroat.

In almost the end of the activity we drive to another place, this time is a viewpoint where there’s a spectacular view of all Quepos and the ocean, over there we can find even more birds like raptors. You choose where and what kind of meals you want to take as the breakfast or a simply snack. Because we can take a typical breakfast at Esquipulas Ecolodge or we can take a typical snack in the viewpoint as a picnic and the snack will be a tortilla with egg and beans or as you wish for.
