In this tour you will discover the area called Grecía Salentina, an area where people still speak “Griko“, a local dialect.

We start out from Zollino, a small town where we will visit the pozzelle (ancient water collection system) and a menhir; a few kilometers further on we’ll be in Sternatia where we’ll visit an underground oil mill, and then we’ll continue to Soleto to visit the Byzantine Church of St. Stephen and the spire which, according to legend, was built in one night by witches.

Then we will head back to Zollino for a tasting of local products at the Salento Km0 Urban Laboratory – ‘Tò Kalo Fai’.
