What you can expect

The Bici-Chocolate tour begins with a welcome and introduction by the tour leader and owner of the chocolate shop.
Then we will get comfortable and connect with a cacao ceremony.
We will watch a short video about the history of cacao, followed by an interactive explanation of the transformation of cacao using bike-powered machines in some of the processes from harvesting, fermentation, drying, roasting, grinding, and tempering, where we will learn how to make and taste chocolate.
Finally, you can explore the shop where our products are displayed and buy chocolates for yourself or a loved one.
