After about 30 minutes, the Bico will be ready, we will roll it out with a rolling pin and cook it to enjoy it warm and fragrant, stuffed with the best cold cuts and cheeses of our territory. The journey through the flavors of Tuscany ends in beauty with the traditional ritual of Cantucci, the crisp almond biscuits to be soaked in Vin Santo, for a sweet and unforgettable finish.
