After hotel check-in and a brief refreshment, explore the Authentic Craft Bazaar, where you can discover traditional Bhutanese life. In the afternoon, visit Tashichhodzong, the majestic capital fortress. Enjoy a delightful dinner and an overnight stay at a hotel in Thimphu.
Day 2: Thimphu Sightseeing
Begin your day with a visit to Kuenselphodrang to see the newly built Buddha Dordenma statue, one of the largest sitting Buddhas in the world, offering breathtaking views of the valley. Next, immerse yourself in an interactive “living museum” where you can learn about traditional Bhutanese life. Visit the Thangtong Dewachen Nunnery in Zilukha, which overlooks Tashichho Dzong. After lunch, explore the Takin Preserve Centre, home to Bhutan's national animal, the takin. Drive to Sangaygang Viewpoint for a panoramic view of Thimphu city. In the afternoon, visit Kaza Throm, the local vegetable market, and the Handmade Paper Mill. Conclude your day with a stroll around town.
Day 3: Thimphu – Punakha
After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Punakha, passing through the beautiful landscapes of Dochula Pass at 3100m. If weather permits, enjoy stunning views of Bhutan's highest mountain peaks. Explore the 108 stupas at Dochula Pass before continuing to Punakha. Upon arrival, take a leisurely walk through the paddy fields to visit Chimi Lhakhang, the temple of fertility, known for its unique phallic art. Visit the picturesque Punakha Dzong, considered the most beautiful fortress in Bhutan, and capture its stunning architecture.
Day 4: Punakha – Paro
Start early and retrace your journey to Paro. In Paro, visit the National Museum, which showcases a vast collection of artifacts from natural history to religious art. Walk through the 17th-century Paro Dzong. Visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest temples in Bhutan, built in the 7th century. In the evening, stroll through old Paro town, exploring local handicrafts stores.

Choose between two incredible experiences:
Tiger’s Nest Temple Hike: After an early morning drive to the base camp, hike to the iconic Tiger’s Nest Temple (Paro Taktsang), perched dramatically on a cliffside overlooking the Paro Valley.
Chelela Pass Day Excursion: Alternatively, embark on a picturesque drive to Chelela Pass, the highest point of your trip at 3988m, ideal for mountain biking and hiking. Enjoy the serene ambiance and natural beauty.
