That's why we've set up a state-of-the-art tasting room, so you can experience the oil mill all year round. Here, after visiting the production area, you'll enjoy a guided tasting of our oils, followed by a bruschetta tasting accompanied by a platter of cold cuts and cheeses with wine pairing. Smell and taste are the main senses to be stimulated during these gourmet experiences, created to help you understand the various types of oil, the differences in smell and taste, and the combinations in cooking.
